The trailer of Mirai, the much awaited 2025 Telugu superhero film directed by Karthik Gattamneni, has got us all excited with the mix of mythology, action and visuals. Starring Teja Sajja as Super Yodha, the trailer introduces a mythological saga based on 9 sacred scriptures written by Emperor Ashoka, which can grant divine powers. This sets the stage for an epic battle between good and evil with Manoj Manchu’s Black Sword emerging as the main antagonist with dark magic.

The trailer is just under 3 minutes and is a visual treat with high octane action and world class VFX. The highlight of the trailer is the divine appearance of Lord Rama, a nod to the film’s mythological roots, which will surely connect with the audience. The cinematography is breathtaking and the combat is intense and the score by Gowra Hari is thundering, which elevates the emotional and adrenaline pumping moments. The song “Vibe Hai Baby” by Armaan Malik is modern and has the potential to be a chartbuster.

Teja Sajja is a force to be reckoned with as the chosen one, oozing charm and power, while Manoj Manchu as Black Sword looks like a treat. Ritika Nayak, Shriya Saran and Jagapathi Babu add depth to the story. Nayak’s role is a nice supporting act to the leads. The trailer balances spectacle and mystery well, reveals just enough to create anticipation without spoiling the plot. Editing is tight; each frame builds up to the hero’s transformation.

While the trailer looks great in terms of production values, some mythological elements might be dense for casual viewers, might need more context in the film. Some dialogues are impactful, but could have been more punchy to stick with the audience. But the scale and ambition of the trailer makes Mirai a worthy sequel to HanuMan, promises a big screen experience. No ticket price hike announced, the film is looking strong for a good opening on September 12, 2025. Mirai blends heritage with modern superhero, a must watch for action, mythology and epic lovers.
