Emma Corrin, who made her MCU debut as Cassandra Nova in the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film Deadpool & Wolverine, played the role of Colonel Hans Landa in Inglourious Basterds (2009). He revealed that he was inspired by Christoph Waltz.

In the original comics, Cassandra Nova is a skinhead villain who appears as the evil twin of Professor X and is a character who plots the extinction of mutants. In ''Deadpool & Wolverine'', Colin, who has been nominated for the Emmy Award for Best Actress in a Drama Series for her role as Princess Diana in Season 4 of the Netflix drama ''The Crown,'' will be played by Colin, who is attracting attention as a young actor. Ryan Reynolds, who plays Deadpool, praised her talent in an interview with Harper's Bazaar.
''She felt like she was performing with a Swiss Army knife covered in skin,'' she says, using words that seem specific but elusive. "Emma brings a Gene Wilder energy to Deadpool and Wolverine: mischievous, dangerous, and unpredictable. From the first scene, we understand why she's turning on our heroes." Reynolds went on to praise Colin's performance, saying, ''The reason you love villains instead of hating them is because they're lovable characters, and I was obsessed with Emma's Cassandra Nova from the beginning.''.
When preparing for her role as Cassandra Nova, Colin said she studied Christoph Waltz, who played the role of Nazi Colonel Hans Landa in Inglourious Basterds. In the same interview, Colin said: ''The fact that he's wearing that uniform says it all...He's so evil, he's the worst human being on the planet, so it's very disturbing.'' He is the complete opposite of a terrifying villain, and he allows his appearance to subvert other people's expectations."
Hugh Jackman, who will be making a comeback as Wolverine, also said, ''Emma has the ability to change skillfully, like taking a sharp turn. She changes easily and has a dangerous feel.'' Reynolds added, "One of the best partners I've ever had on the set of Deadpool. Did you hear that, Jackman?" ''Deadpool & Wolverine'' will be released simultaneously in Japan and the US on July 26th, and you will want to pay attention not only to Reynolds and Jackman's reunion but also to Colin's villainous role.
